We want you to love your purchase! We take pride in offering beautiful, quality fabrics and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on qualifying items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be requested and approved before items are shipped back.

Fabric Sold by the Yard

Fabric cut to a customer’s requested length is considered a custom-cut item and is final sale, except when the fabric arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Prepackaged fabric sets, including eligible 6-yard African print sets, may be returned within 30 days if they meet our return requirements.

Return Shipping

Changed Your Mind?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning eligible items due to personal preference, color selection, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If we send the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective, Elliebea Fabric will cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue.

How to Request a Return

Email us at elliebeafabric@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • Your reason for requesting a return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. A prepaid shipping label will be provided when Elliebea Fabric is responsible for return shipping.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
